Austria reminds me of Peru
“Being an immigrant is not always everything great, you have of course challenges. The main thing to consider is to have your motivation clear: why you are coming here, what you would like to do later on. Secondly, if you want to get involved with locals, join voluntary associations: you can meet people and do something for the city. It gives you a different approach to living here. I want to finish successfully my master and then work here in a company which might have clients or partners in Latin America, to combine these two regions in my future career.
While I studied in Voralberg, I had to commute a lot and met the local people. Austria has a beautiful landscape, it reminds me of Peru. The Alps are very high and it is amazing for me to see how the country shapes itself around the mountains”
